Lovely Last Day in Town

Sunday 24 August

Our last full day at Quay West - Russ came in to watch the ABs be beaten by the Pumas with us and cook us a proper Sunday breakfast… then we took a walk along Princes Wharf to try and burn some of the brekkie calories!

Chilled in the apartment and I set to work on completing the hardest puzzle yet. Mid afternoon we went out for a gelato with Russ & Nickie to keep Nickie awake after her 40 hours flight back from the UK! So good to see her again!

Amy & her flatmates Sarah & Beth came over for the evening - lured by the promise of White Lady burgers and dip in the pool & spa!

We also spent a while finishing the tricky ship & moon puzzle which then went home to their puzzle cupboard!

Very social end to our in town sojourn. 🥰
