Louis' Actual Birthday!

Hari huritau, Happy birthday Louis!

Celebrations started early at Botswana Butchery on Sunday night, and continued with mimosas in Banjo on the actual day followed by brunch at the Tea Rooms, Verrans Corner - delicious! Louis had the big breakfast with extra smashed avo and I had a mushroom rosti stack with pesto and a poached egg - yum!

Popped up to Albany to do a bit of birthday shopping (and have a giggle at the guard dog in charge of a rather nice Porsche!) then I dashed into town on a secret mission while Louis had a siesta.

We took a walk to the Beach Haven ferry pier in the afternoon sunshine and clocked up just over 2.5km for Louis' walking tally.

Then we headed back over the Harbour Bridge into town, scooped up Helen and all gathered at the Brooks' place on Truro Road for birthday fush & chups followed by my secret delivery - cheesecake from the Fed Deli 😍
